Die Singapura ist eine seltene und sehr kleine Katze. Das Schwierigste an der Haltung der süßen Samtpfote dürfte wahrscheinlich sein, eines der Tiere zu ergattern, denn es gibt nur wenige Züchter auf der Welt. 

The Singapura cat is a jewel

  • famous for its small dimensions

  • does not require much grooming

  • lively, curious and affectionate personality

  • gets along with everyone, including other cats, friendly dogs and children

  • enjoys playing fetch and learning tricks

  • very quiet and gentle with a soft voice

In Singapur heißt diese Katze  "Kucinta", was soviel heißt wie "Liebeskatze".

KUCINTA    LOVE  CAT      OF    SINGAPORE

 "Kucinta, le chat d'amour" ou le Singapura est considéré comme la plus petite race de chat du monde.

 

The Singapore Tourist and Promotion Board uses the Singapura as a tourist mascot. There, the cat is called a Kucinta, an amalgamation of the Malay words kucing (cat) and cinta (love).
